September, October, and November Sweepstakes: Official Rules
1. NO PURCHASE REQUIRED. Enter as often as you wish.
2. How to enter: Fill out an Entry form at any of our 19 Express Convenience Center locations. Limit of one (1) entry per person, per day. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not received by the entry deadline. All Entry forms will be added to the drawing on December 6, 2010.
3. Sweepstakes materials are void if not legible or completed in full, if not obtained legitimately, or if forged, reproduced, or duplicated. Sweepstakes materials are void if such materials contain printing or other errors.
4. Entries must be received between September 1st, 2010 and November 30th, 2010. U.S. Venture, Inc., any other sponsor, and any of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, or affiliated companies are not responsible for lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, postage due mail, or for entries submitted late. All entries become the exclusive property of U.S. Venture, Inc. and none will be returned.
5. The sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and minors whose parents or legal guardians sign proper consent and release forms.
6. Employees and shareholders of U.S. Venture, Inc., any of its affiliated companies, agents, advertising agencies, promotional suppliers, and their immediate families are not eligible to win. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.
7. By claiming a prize, the winner agrees that all prizes are awarded upon the condition that U.S. Venture, Inc., any other sponsor, and any of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, or affiliated companies will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
8. The winners will be selected December 6th, 2010, by random drawing from all eligible entries received. The winners will be notified by telephone or mail on or before December 15, 2010. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Decisions of the judges are final. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.
9. Entry and selection as a winner of a prize shall constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that U.S. Venture, Inc. may use the winner's name, address, likeness, and/or prize information without limitation, for promotional purposes, without further consent, consideration, or payment.
10. The winners will be obligated to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a release of liability when claiming the prize. In the event of non-compliance with any of the requirements, the prize will be awarded to an alternative winner. Any prizes remaining unclaimed by December 20th, 2010, will be awarded to an alternative winner. All prizes will be awarded.

12. All taxes on all prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
13. Prizes are not transferable. No cash substitute allowed. Other restrictions may apply.
14. Odds of winning will depend on number of entries received.
15. The prize winner will be listed online at www.expressconvenience.com, or you can receive the name of the prize winners by sending a self-addressed, stamped business-sized envelope by December 31st, 2010, to:
